The Laurieston Bar, a Glasgow institution. Take a step back in time as you tuck into a pie and peas and a pint of Middle Tap. ‘It’s no a fitba pub, it’s no a music pub, it’s just a pub’, said the former owner Mr Clancy. Who am I to argue… even if we all know it’s much more than that!

Sandiefield Road demolition
170 and 200 Sandiefield Road, which had been in the Gorbals area of Glasgow since the 1960s, were destroyed by controlled explosion on July, 2013. The photos were taken from high up in Norfolk Court, also earmarked for demolition at the time and now gone.
